Welcome to Northern Simplicities! By purchasing from our store you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.

Your License

All digital products sold by Northern Simplicities come with a limited commercial license. This means you are welcome to use our designs to create and sell handmade physical products such as junk journals, cards, tags, and other paper crafted items — as long as you add your own creative touch and physical elements.

What You CAN Do:

• Print and use our designs for your own personal creative projects
• Use our designs in handmade physical products you sell, such as junk journals, cards, tags and paper crafted items
• Add our digital pages to physical journals alongside your own ephemera and handmade elements

What You CANNOT Do:

• Resell, share, or redistribute our digital files in any form
• Print our digital files as-is and sell them as your own products
• Create new digital products using our artwork
• Claim our artwork as your own
• Use our designs in mass produced or print-on-demand products
• Use our artwork for AI training, NFTs or any digital reproduction

Important to Know

Each purchase grants a single non-transferable license to the buyer only. All intellectual property and copyright remains exclusively with Northern Simplicities. This license does not transfer ownership or copyright in any way.

If your customers wish to use our artwork commercially they will need to purchase their own license directly from our store.

Membership Terms

Northern Vault members have access to our full digital library for personal and limited commercial use as outlined above for the duration of their active membership. Access ends when membership is cancelled.

Changes to These Terms

Northern Simplicities reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
