Purchase Options Cancellation Policy

Northern Vault memberships are billed monthly and can be canceled at any time.

To cancel your subscription, visit your customer account and manage your subscription directly here: northernsimplicities.com/a/subscriptions/manage

Cancelling stops all future billing — you will not be charged again after your current billing period ends. Since all Northern Vault products are digital downloads delivered instantly, we do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of a billing period. You'll retain access to your downloads for the remainder of the period you've already paid for.
